ABOUT ME

I love to cook, host, dance, celebrate, talk, listen to and create music, sing, read, create artwork, connect with humans, serve Life, celebrate Life. Life is the supreme principle and in my experience human existence works best when our actions and words and sentiments serve it's celebration.

I love my work, I travel all over the world. I speak whatever languages I want to, I love Rio de Janeiro, Maputo, Istanbul, Paris, Berlin, and I'm about to love me some Cape Town pretty soon.

PHILOSOPHY

Be whole, infuse your being with energies of health and life from nature, don't seek outwardly. it's more awesome than you think. Be careful. keep a close watch. celebrate life. relax, this too will pass. gratitude, humility and service lead to creation and satisfaction. Life is both the most amazing and the most normal situation in the Universe. Life cannot die. Go with your whole heart.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I bring love and ease to the party and I insist on cutting through to reach that which is juicy. I gently invite collaboration. I move and open and welcome and drop down wholeheartedly into the center of the circle. I get quiet. I make it good and small and certain.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my friend and I spent two nights with a peace corps volunteer in Burrel, Albania. It was great! We shared stories meals and good times, and made new friends.
we also stayed with a couple in paris who were amazing, and another man in istanbul who was also awesome. so far all couchsurfing experiences have been really positive.
