ABOUT ME

A southerner at heart, I grew up in north Florida, and moved to New York City a little more than 5 years ago. Currently I live in Brooklyn, New York and work for a law firm doing law school recruiting. My biggest passions in life are traveling and discovering new foods! Asia is my travel preference these days, but I'm beginning to develop a taste for domestic travel. I'm an easygoing person, and love to meet new people, explore, and experience new things that broaden my horizons and help me learn more about our world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new, different and interesting people while I travel. This is a perfect way to combine everything I'm looking for in a travel experience!

Interests

My interests generally revolve around traveling and all the thrills that go along with that. New foods, new friends, and new experiences. I am also really into landscape photography, and consider myself to be a pretty good (although very novice) photographer.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a diehard Britney Spears fan, but I do have space in my heart for other strong female vocals (sans Gaga of course) like Faith Hill, Dolly, JoJo, etc. I am also a sucker for really bad rom coms, with Jennifer Lopez being up there for my favorite actress... Not much of a fan of books, my friends and I put together a book club focused on queer themes so we could push ourselves to read more (it's sort of working).
