CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is just to have fun. If that means traveling half way round the world, spending money i don't have, well thats what I'm gonna do

ABOUT ME

Im a big man, with a big heart and I just like hanging out with people. I have caught the traveling bug and can't wait to see the world. I am around 6'8" or 2 metres for the metric users. At the moment I have a big bushy beard(not any more), but don't let that fool you, because I could not be a more gentle soul. I love to play card games(or any type of board games), love to read or just hang out and chillax with interesting people. I'm not a big drinker but will enjoy the occasional beverage and I don't smoke. My view on life is very positive, and though I can be very lazy, I enjoy every minute I get to live on this beautiful earth. (Also just married)

PHILOSOPHY

Don't work to hard. I enjoy anything, happy being in groups or being alone. I find if you smile and be polite you can get through any situation.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just enjoy meeting people. Weather or not there are kind enough to gives a place to stay, want a place to crash, or just get together for a coffee, I will love and cherish that experience

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a grand total of three times, but looking to do it more. I can't wait to host people, but will have to wait until I get home to do that.

Interests

I really love music, if you ask my mum, she will tell you, that for the last four years I've said, if I can do something in music, I will be happy. I love spending time with people, and what I loved in my retail job was that personal interaction. I enjoy playing around with computers, love gaming, both of the computer and card/board games. I have recently started playing squash, played baseball nearly all my life, and I imagine I will play both those sports, plus many others, until I can't move anymore. I love God, and try to go to church every Sunday I can. Please dot let this put you off, as I am a very opened minded person, willing to discuss anything and I won't be offended if you'd like to ask questions of my beliefs(I'm a strong believer that even though your parents influence your beliefs, they should not be the sole provider of those). Oh, I enjoy eating as well

Music, Movies, and Books

Love Lord of the rings, books and movies, and pretty much anything fantasy, eddings, archer. Recently started reading classics and Huckelberry Finn annoyed me, but i enjoyed it once i finished the book ( Tom Soyer you fool).. Music there is a large range, but my favourite bands at the moment would be queen, kings of Leon, Simon and garfunkel, the wombats plus many more(Getting into Billy Joel).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lake Eyre, Rome( everything was so awesome, could not believe that city). I have seen alot of Australia, like flinders rangers, fraizer island, Tasmania, Perth, kangaroo island, Townsville, plus many more

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn German, but I love learning any new language, im okay at guitar, got a lot more to learn, but I can hold my own. Would like to learn how to cook a little better as well. I'm willing to teach people whatever I know
