Hello everyone!

I'm a Brazilian student doing one semester abroad in Germany and trying to get to know as many places as I (and my short students budget haha) can :)

I'm pretty easy-going, love to talk and hear. I love to learn about peoples stories and meet new and different cultures and ideas of life. I've been in Europe since August and living abroad, far from my usual habitat, has taught me a lot already and I hope it can continue to make me evolve.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm kind of new in this couch surfing environment, but I already love it. After my first time, I notice the difference between traveling in a hostel (which is not bad, but different) and doing couch surfing. When you stay at someones home, you kinda become somehow part of the family, even if you just meet them at night and share some words. This words, "how was your day?", "have you done something exciting today?", make you feel like home during some backpacking.

That's why I'm on couchsurfing.

Interests

I love to read, although I haven't done it so much lately. I love to watch a lot of tv series, I'm addicted to a lot of them and I'm not ashamed of it haha Like everyone, I love to love. To make someone smile makes me smile.

But recently, not more than a year ago, I found out how much I love to travel, to explore different places and meet new people. After I spent one month and a half living in New Delhi and traveling around India, I rediscovered myself and can easily say that I love being a traveler.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Game of Thrones (can't wait for the sixth) and I love songs with actual lyrics (the noise aint the only thing that matters, being able to sing along and liking what that song wants to share makes the "listening to music" experience way better).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept in the middle of the desert of Thar, India;

Did a 5h trekking to camp at a mountain in Himalaya;

Visited the pyramids and Taj Mahal;

Did scuba diving, zip lining, parasailing and paragliding;

Crossed the street alone in Cairo (trust me, this is a big accomplishment haha).

What I Can Share with Hosts

My company for a good conversation, some helping on cleaning the house (since clearly I don't expect anyone to do it for me) and a big smile and hug. Oh, and I'm not that good of a cooker, but I know how to do some brazilian sweets that will blow my hosts mind haha (trust me, DELICIOUS).
