Spending the last three years travelling Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia I have finally taken the decision to join Couch Surfing after many recomendations from fellow travellers.

Growing up in the suburbs of Paris I studied in Paris and worked for a major cosmetic and beauty company before setting out on an exciting world adventure.

Through family holidays around Europe as a child I developed a passion for travelling and enjoyed the thrill of experiencing new cultures. This was the reason I had a strong desire to leave my wonderful job in Paris and travel to Australia on a working holday visa. Becoming fluent in English, meeting amazing people, and having the opportunity to work and live the Australian lifestyle, this travel was one of the best decisions I have ever made and has changed my perspective on life forever.

Following my working holiday in Australia I travelled over to New Zealand on a working holiday visa for a year. Throughout these three years I made a few trips over to South East Asia, one trip which included a traditional Thai wedding of a close friend!

I have met so many people whilst travelling who have met amazing friends through Chouchsurfing and have had great experiences from it. It interests me to meet people who have local or inside knowledge of the cities I visit and to meet the 'real locals'.

History is a real interest to me meaning I love learn everything there is to know about the history of the places I visit. Art and music is also a huge interest for me. Growing up in Paris I have not only developed an interest in art but also fashion! Of course!
