Hola Hola!

En mi vida pasada era ingeniera 🙈 , pero ahora soy terapeuta holística, formadora, mentora de mujeres y emprendedora. También en mis tiempos libres soy profe de zumba. El baile me atrapó y cambio mi vida!

Trabajo mucho en la relación cuerpo, mente y espíritu así que me encanta bailar y hacer todo tipo de ejercicio: bicicleta, escalar, caminatas, entrenamiento funcional, trotar, de todo un poco.

Me encanta la naturaleza, acampar, el mar, la montaña...

Mi propósito es despertar mi mente, mi consciencia y la forma en como concibo el mundo, por eso amo viajar, escuchar nuevas historias y perspectivas!

Busco conectar con más personas y crear una red bonita de viajeros.

Nota: el respeto es muy importante para mi, así que lo doy en mi casa y lo pido cuando estoy viajando.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Tuve la oportunidad de conocer Couchsurfing hace un par de años, tuve unos host increibles y mi experiencia de viaje no hubiera sido igual sin ellos. El conocer un lugar con personas que habitan alli, entender su forma de pensar, que te puedan compartir su cultura y gustos no tiene precio. Una comunidad para compartir y recibir.

I had the opportunity to know coachsurfing some years ago when I started traveling. I had incredible hosts and my experience was not the same without them. Sharing with someone local, understanding their way to see the world, knowing their culture, all of those things are invaluable. A community to share, give and receive 🙏

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Podemos compartir musica, tradiciones, si quieres puedo enseñar algo de baile, recetas vegetarianas, si te gusta hacer ejercicio podemos entrenar juntos: trotar, ir al parque o hacer yoga. Tambien una buena cerveza o vino para una charla en la noche.

We can share music, our culture, a conversation with some beers or 🍷. I can teach you some tips of dancing, vegetarian recipes and if you enjoy training we can go together to do yoga, jogging or walk at park.
