About Me

I'm a student of Social Sciences and I suppose that seeing the world
through the natives eyes, even in a such plural society, is one of the best ways to get to know a culture and understand the meanings of living this way and not the one I live. Which means I want to know everything about YOU! I like deep conversations, even if i don't know much what to say, I just love listening to people that speak with passion (or angry) about anything. Specially if you have weird theories of weird stuff
I haven't discovered yet who exactly I am since I feel i'm in a constant construction of myself, so if you think you have something I can't miss let's discuss about it!
I'm interested to know the nature around the world, it makes me feel smaller than surrounded by a crowd. So in my trips i'm more interested to get to know the natural beauties than the urban city, but it doesn't mean I'd miss a night out!
I'm currently living in Florianópolis, the magic island , in a student house. If a bed without mattress is fine to you, you're welcome to my house!
The only request to stay here is draw me anything. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because meeting real people in a crazy world is a way cooler than staying in a freaky hotel room, and also kindness is paid with kindness and I'm a broke student.

Music, Movies, and Books

Well, watching movies is one of my favorite activities of life, I can spend hours watching one next to another but I could never decide which one is my favorite. I have seasons of my top 3, and currently is Waking life by Richard Linklater, Dancer in the dark by Lars von Trier and Reservoir dogs by Tarantino.
I use to be very ethletic to music, but I feel too lazy to creat new playlists so I usually listen to the same things related to rock, indie, pop and popular brazilian music...
Since I started studying Social Sciences I've been only reading college lectures about politics, antropology and sociology, and I like it. I'm very interested to politics and the origins of the modern political thought. But I also like novels and cartoons, Persepolis is by far one of my favorites. Bukowski is my last lecture and I intend to read him more.

Teach, Learn, Share

By now I am learning German, but I want to learn Spanish also. As a South American I feel in my duty to know this language.
I feel too small and insignificant to the world and the only way to feel importance is getting to know every little piece of it, to live everywhere that is possible during my brief stay in this age, even if it takes my entire life, so any travel would be an amazing trip, because I could learn anything about anywhere.
I'm very young and know nothing about anything, but during those 20 years of living I may have something to add in your life. So let's share experiences! :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Well, I don't mean I'm a master cook, but I would love to cook for you and show my brazilian sauce and skills! I can make delicious brigadeiros.
But I also can share weird and funny stuff from brazilian internet, my biggest proud of being brazilian is the internet memes we produce. It may not be funny or make sense for you at all, but i'm pretty sure you can't live without seeing a bunch of it! :P
Or a cold beer is enough.
