Overview
About Me
I'm a senior in college at Stanford University, majoring in philosophy and looking to travel and soak up as much of this world as I can while I'm in it! I'm passionate about learning, hiking mountains, soccer and playing the jazz trombone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet interesting people, go cool places and make at least a temporary escape from the constant demands of the 21st century market economy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did a 25 mile hike up Half Dome and Cloud's Rest in Yosemite on zero hours of sleep, since my group got to the trailhead at 7 am after driving through the night. It was fun for the first 12 hours, the last 6 less so!
Teach, Learn, Share
I study philosophy, math and economics and love to talk about them and share what I know! I'm also an avid learner about nature and the environment. I like to learn about almost everything under the sun, but I'm also especially into politics and history.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories about my childhood, college, learning and travels. I like to talk about culture, history and politics and learn from people - I'm very politically non-judgmental and love to learn about different people's value systems and beliefs.
