I am very passionate about music and am currently planning a busking trip across Europe with my band mate Dan. We are an acoustic duo known as Fresher and Angel and we can be found on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube so check us out. We are hoping to spread our music across the various cities and encounter new experiences. I also have a keen interest in Tennis and am currently pursuing a job within the food industry.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I am on couchsurfing to try and decrease the cost of travelling across Europe for three weeks and think it would be a great opportunity for me and my band-mate Dan to make friends in various cities.

Interesses

I really enjoy being active and track my daily activity on my Fitbit. I am very passionate about cooking with my favourite celebrity chef being Gordon Ramsay. I have been to a couple of British festivals including Isle of Wight where I watched legends such as Queen and The Who. Other bands I have seen include Arctic Monkeys, RHCP, Green Day, The Wombats and Dispatch.

Being a musician I enjoy a wide range of music from acoustic tracks, electronic music and full bands. My biggest inspirations within music include Simon and Garfunkel, Dispatch, The Wombats, Arctic Monkeys, John Mayer and Ben Howard.

As part of the musical duo Fresher and Angel I have been extremely proud of all the progress we have made as a musical outfit. When I came to university I never expected to be partaking in music as often as I have and now we have performed at some of the most popular venues in Bath, gathered lots of experience busking and even have the pleasure of playing our first wedding just before we go away. We are constantly writing music and developing our skills but most of all, I feel blessed to be doing all of this with one of my best friends.

I very much look forward to meeting various people and will be travelling with instruments which I will be more than happy to show people how to play or let them have a go on the guitar. One of the most important things for me from my trip would be to learn about various cultures and different ways of living. Finding out others experiences and seeing how people grew up in other cities is extremely fascinating to me.

I am a chilled out person that enjoys a good laugh with the people who surround me. Both me and my band-mate are quite eccentric, sociable people who love meeting others. We already have so many stories to tell new people we meet and we can not wait to add more stories to our collection.
