I have six brothers. I travel often for work and pleasure alike. The United States has always been my home, but I’m often abroad for months at a time.
I love hiking, backpacking, and almost always prefer being out doors. I don’t mind working hard, but also love relaxing over good people food music and wine!
I raise honey bees, and try to never stand still too long.

To me, establishing unique relationships/ friendships where ever I may be, is the driving force behind happy travels and a happy life. We are a social creature, and I’m looking always for new ways to reach out and meet others in this life adventure. While home or abroad.

I am a huge fan of music, I play a bit, listen a lot. I love adventure, being outside. Exploring music, coffee, wine, beer, and food, art, architecture, and all the subtleties that help to define culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music has always been central in my life. For as long as I can remember it has brought together the people I love, and so many wonderful people I had never met. I love bluegrass, singer song writer music. Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, John Prine, Gogol Bordello, and Grateful Dead, among so many others, are a few of my favorites. I play guitar and a bit of mandolin.

I love to read, Peter Matthiessen, Mark Twain, and Hemingway are a few of my current favorites.
