ABOUT ME

I am an outgoing, adventurous, lover of life. My glass is always more than half full. Have lived in a few different places thanks to spending some time in the Air Force. Basically anything related to the outdoors, I am either already doing the hobby or want to start.

PHILOSOPHY

Do what makes you happy. Don't spend time worrying about what others think. Live a life that you would be proud to tell your grandchildren about. Give and do more for others, practice selflessness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Have hosted an event and had surfers...have not yet surfed myself, but looking to change that in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have slept on many a couch in my day, many of them belonging to strangers...but this will be my first experience with couch surfing in this way.

Interests

Anything outdoors: Fishing, hiking, backpacking, skiing (winter and summer), snowboarding, wakeboarding, scuba diving, lacrosse, basketball, soccer, football, hockey, rock climbing, snorkeling, etc...

Spending quality time with family and friends. Enjoying the beauty of nature.

All types of music...currently in a hip-hop phase, but I enjoy rock, classic rock, country, classical, opera, techno, trance, dub-step...just about anything can tickle my fancy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swam with White Tip Sharks off the coast of Maui...talk about a majestic creature!

I come from a huge family (due to divorce and remarriage)...I spent 10 years in the Air Force (stories/experiences galore)...
