ABOUT ME

My goal is to have a good time and have everyone else join me. I want to experience the world on a personal level with the most unique people I can find who also appreciate life's wild ride. I enjoy any conversation from an in-depth discussion all the way down to babbling drunken nonsense, as long as its either logical, intelligent, stimulating, or humorous. I just graduated from school and my deeply engrained engineering logic told me that I should try and and be a little less serious and explore the world.

PHILOSOPHY

Find means and solutions, not excuses. Don't take things too seriously. Have a good time and be nice to people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been indirectly couchsurfing through my roommate for a while. We've hosted potlucks and had some travelers come through and had ALL positive experiences. We met some of our best friends through couchsurfing. Now I'm traveling and am finally utilizing this amazing tool and meeting a wonderful community of people.

兴趣

My passion is music. I like to drum on what's in front of me and sing inappropriate things out of my vocal range. If I can find the groove and kick a beat then I'm set. I like intense mountains, good jam sessions, bad jam sessions, thumping bass, large bodies of water, squirrels, bears, well behaved dogs, the type of board sports where you fall on snow or water, sleeping in the woods, thrift stores, cheap drinks, expensive drinks, moonshine, whiskey, and wine, getting dirty, taking a shower, music festivals, down to earth people, selfless people. I like to respect others and be respected. I give people a quality, original, and authentic product in whatever way possible, and 60% of the time, I like to party all the time.

Black keys, Big Gigantic, Pretty lights, Gramatik, Lotus, Slightly Stoopid, Toubab Krewe, Emancipator, Portugal the Man, and Jimi Motherlicking Hendrix amongst other random assortments of blues, electronic, classic rock, folk, and bluegrass artists.

I used to be a bookworm but engineering textbooks unfortunately cured me of that, at least for the moment.

I like the big lebowski, and sometimes I'm a nihilist, and believe in nothing.

It was most amazing when I realized that I'm not bound to a set of rules, but can choose to do whatever I want and be happy. I guess I've seen some wild stuff, so most things don't surprise me. I just appreciate unique experiences that most people don't take the time to stop and consider. I did stay up for five days straight at a fest one time jacked up on pure fun. It was amazing I didn't die from lack of sleep.
