Hello, My name is Nathan Hartman. I have a passion for the environment, people, and the relationship between the two.

I am currently on a road trip through the South West, the Rockies, Yellow Stone, The North West, and down the West Cost and camping in as many National Park, Forest, and Grasslands as possible.

I most recently lived in Austin, Texas working as a 5th and 6th Grade P.E. (Physical Education) teacher for the past two years at a charter school. This opportunity to work in education is something I never planned on doing but has been an incredible experience that has help me grow in the directions and spaces that were needed.

I have a degree from Texas State University in Geography - Water Resources and Management with a minor in Agriculture. I am currently on the look out for work opportunities that falls more in line with my area of interest and studies.

I am on couchsurfing for a variety of reasons.
