Hello, and welcome to beautiful Newport Beach! I'm a single, independent guy who lives in an apartment about 1/4 mile from the bay, and less than a mile from the beach on the peninsula.

I am very active and live a healthy lifestyle (no drugs, but I am not going to judge you for it). I have 2 bikes (a classic beach cruiser with basket, and required bell, and a mountain bike for longer distances). I also have a kayak and am an avid fisherman. I walk my kayak down to the bay and it's great for adventuring all around the harbor.

I have a few air mattresses and a nice leather couch with a chaise lounge. Super fast wi-fi, netflix, amazon prime, etc. are available if you prefer a night in. I love to cook and have recently started my own hydroponics garden on my patio and have peppers, basil, tomatoes, and cilantro on the way.

My apartment complex has amazing amenities too. There are 2 massive pools, and 2 giant hot tubs. The hot tub nearest me is around 25 feet long and could happily fit as many people if not double that. There is a full gym, outdoor basketball, tennis, UFC style gym, and even a few cycles in a yoga/style room. There are complimentary computers, printers, movie room, and bar room with pool table and Foosball to play.

As for me, I'm pretty open and relaxed, I work long hours sometimes and do a lot of hiking on the weekends to keep active. I also do quite a bit of offshore fishing so I generally have fresh fish at home (yellowtail tuna, yellowfin, rockfish, etc.) and I'll cook up some of the best seafood tacos you've ever had, or clumsily make my own sushi rolls. Also, I do drink socially and if put to the test, would hold my own against the best of them. But I make sure to keep it under control.
