Hi, I'm a doctor from Perth, Western Australia.
My partner is Jed, an engineer.
We've travelled a bit together and Jed has travelled more extensively before we met. We've been together for 7 years.

We're taking 2013 off work to travel around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We've only surfed so far but when I get back from my 6 month country posting, we'll be offering our spare room.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We surfed recently on our RTW experience in Fiji and Tulsa, USA.

They were very different but excellent in their own way.

Interests

When we're not working, we're involved in the local fire performance community.
We play computer games, Jed fixes up our Purvis Eureka (pretty car) and hang out with friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Burning Man 2011 was amazing and I must go back at some point.

In 2012, we lived in the Peruvian Amazon for a week, learning how to survive.

And also in Peru, meeting a gorgeous sloth!

Teach, Learn, Share

Jed and I teach fire dance in Perth and love to share skills while we travel. We've been to Australian and overseas Fire/Circus conference/conventions/parties such as SpunOut, SpinFest, UberOz and Burning Man. This trip we'll also go to Play (UK) and Fire Drums (San Fran). f you want to learn, we'd love to teach you!
