I travelled around the world in 2009, and now am living in Cronulla and hoping to meet and help out fellow travellers.

I am 28 and just about to head off on my first proper overseas trip. I am a teacher of Design and Technology. I like surfing and riding motorbikes and mountain bikes. I make surfboards as a hobby. I play guitar and love alternative rock music.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to the couch surfing thing, but I'm hoping I can use it to save some money on my overseas trip, and meet some interesting people along the way. I hope to one day be set up back in australia and able to offer my couch for others to stay, but for now, I'm travelling!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just met a guy from canada who is in sydney for a while. He's not staying on my couch, but I've been taking him out to bars, and also going motorbike riding with him and showing him parts of my beautiful country. I can't wait to have experiences like he is having while I'm overseas!

It would be easier to list the things I don't like... Which are dance music and most hip hop. Tragic movies. I don't read many novels.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I am just about to set off on a motorbike ride up the east coast of Australia, which is in essence a training ride for next year, when I'll be riding all the way across the continent from east to west. It is going to be amazing.UPDATE: I never got around to traversing the country, however my ride up the east coast was awesome.
