One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I’ve done is working as a hotel staff member on Haha-jima in the Ogasawara Islands, a UNESCO World Heritage site, for a year and a half. The natural beauty there is breathtaking. During the summer, I swam in the sea, admired the star-filled night sky, and took lots of photos. I also went offshore to see and swim with dolphins. In winter, humpback whales visit the area, so I often went whale watching. Growing up in the city, having such incredible nature as part of my daily life felt like a true luxury. It was an extraordinary experience. I have photos and videos of dolphins and whales, and I’d love to share them with you!
