Easy going, sometimes I find myself being a little more of an introvert than I'd like to admit. Other times I make up for it by allowing myself to get out of my comfort zone and push my own boundaries.
I live my life through the people I meet and the exchanges we make. I've always liked the idea that you are everyone you've ever met... it's a good one. I remember there was a couchsurfing documentary I watched where a surfer said that "life is too short to have only one." I like that too.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Currently in the process of moving back to Burlington, VT. Excited to join the CS Community there and give back all that I was given.
Last year I cruised from Florida to Milwaukee, then to Chicago and finally Pennsylvania where I stayed with my first Couchsurfing host, Stacy. She introduced me to her family and friends, and just a day or two after arriving, I was invited along on a hike in the Catskills. There was music by a campfire, dancing, and huddling for warmth in a lean-to. As far as first experiences go, I'd say I struck gold. It sure felt like it.
Travel, being on the road, meeting new people. I like the feeling of traveling on my own, as well as with new friends. I play a bit of music here and there, so I'm always down to jam! I'm a filmmaker when the opportunity arrises and the stars align. I love language. I also like coffee a lot. I make it a goal of mine to conquer as many fears as I can. I was scared to Couchsurf when I was thinking of signing up, so I did.

In terms of amazing things, the first things that come to mind are things I've done through Couchsurfing - especially the catskills hike that I wrote about above.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm down to learn anything and to share anything I can. I'm well versed in film and photography so I'll help you finish that short film you've been wanting to make. I'm currently studying linguistics and working on becoming fluent in French so I'm always looking for someone to practice with or teach if I can.
