ABOUT ME

I'm into media business, documentary film maker, writer, journalist and a New age spiritual fitness and life coach relocated to UK after spending enlightening years in couple of countries. And now living in the Eastern region of Nepal. Originally I'm from Nepal (the land of Mt Everest) where Yoga, meditations and alternative therapies are part of living for most of the people. Besides my career in media and writing I have been practicing oriental way of wellness, fitness and spirituality since the age of 16. In due course time while learning studying and practicing many different forms of exercise, meditations and healing methods I came to realize with my own techniques of wellness and fitness that suits with the busy and competitive life style in modern times and for the future way of living.Psychologically sensual and intellectual smart, œ average looking (brown complexion), healthy and fit, non-religious, scientifically spiritual, intuitive+logical, diligent, ambitious, imaginative, inquisitive, spontaneous, responsible, passionate, loving, caring, sincere, cool, easy-going, pragmatist (but sometimes betrayed) with no-ego baggage and short temper (does it sound bragging??) In a nutshell: intellectually creative-softhearted-romantic person. Post Graduate in Sociology and Psychology - I deliver lectures on various area of life to Quantum Theory, from tantra to love, from consciousness to parapsychology. Life has been like a rollercoaster for me learning through innumerable adversities, challenges varied experience of different things and evolving everyday as a student of life. I have been working in the field of advertising, media and publishing for more than a decade. I am very much interested in creative and innovative activities like photography, designing and media work and production. I love travelling and knowing about and observing new places, people, culture, ways of life, nature and diversity. Indeed, study is the amusement to an observing mind. I am not opinionated and I believe in change (everything is changing except change), which is why I am not transfixed to any conviction or belief which causes so much trouble and unhappiness in peoples lives.

I'm here in CS for more than eight years and hosted few dozens of people from various parts of the world. Many CSers, expressed that staying at my side of the world for shorter than a week time is very less time to experience everything that this palce has to offer. Say a
month would be ok. Who knows you will fall in love with this
natural and non-touristic place.

1 - Since I'm trained in Yoga, Mediatation and Thai Massage as well. I can coach my guest in the morning time or whenever I have spare time.
2 - As a journalist I'm publishing social and self development magazine in English and Nepali.
3 - My hobby is to make documentary films and would love to develope myself as a documentary filmmaker in the future.
