Music, Movies, and Books
Music and Art touch our heart and soul all the time. Depending on the time of year or my mood, I listen to various types of music from soft rock to tropical house music.
I used to watch films with Jackie Chan as a child. Also, I would watch "Titanic" so many times during holidays. So, Can You guess what my favorite movie is?
As a youth, I had become addicted to action films like "The Matrix", "The Terminator" and "Fast and Furious", "The James Bond" series with Daniel Craig and "Kingsman" with Colin Firth.
But, currently I spend my evenings with good romantic comedies like "The Proposal", "The Naked truth", "Just go with it", "How to lose a Guy in 10 days", "20 times a Lady", He's just not that into you", "The Holiday"...
I love so much soviet comedies and dramas by Eldar Ryazanov, Leonid Gaidai, Georgiy Daneliya.
I am definitely not a bibliophile, nevertheless, I do enjoy reading classical literature. When I was a student, I fell in love with Dan Brown's books. Lately I've been reading/listening to a lot of books about diets and proper nutrition.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I visited the Niagara Falls in 2012, one of nature's finest and most breathtaking attractions.
In 2016, I took part in "Ulytau-Aral" scientific-research expedition as a member of Kazakhstan National Geographic Society "QazaqGeo". During the expedition, I visited the ship graveyard of the Aral Sea, spent the nights in tents, walked along the plump salt marsh on the bottom of the dried sea and was on the island of Barsa-Kelmes.
Within the project, we carried out hydrological and geodetic studies and studied vegetation and fauna. As well as, there was a very good exchange of experience with various researchers such as biologists, geographers, metrologists, hydrologists, photographers, journalists, bloggers and localites.
