I have an innate wanderlust. I believe that the best way to get to know a country is not through going on guided tours to all the typical tourist sights and staying at hotels, but by getting to know its inhabitants and how they live on a daily basis.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Cuba and seeing communist life firsthand. I loved talking to Cubans and getting to know them and getting a feeling for their lives. I learned so much and they were so giving.
