I am 21 years old , from Albania. However, I have been living abroad for more than 3 years as a student. I have been living in university dorms for more than 3 years now, my roommates all being internationals; whilst I pursue my bachelor's in Computer Engineering (Bilkent University ).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am currently on an internship in Berlin and am looking forward to visit places/countries near me on the weekends. I can easily adapt to new environments, thus blending in wouldn't be a problem. I can speak fluent English, a bit of Italian and Spanish, aber ich spreche nur ein bischen Deutsch. Signed up in Couchsurfing to get a place to stay while I am visiting new places, meeting new people. Being a student its kind of hard to cope with expensive hotels or similar airbnb prices for a short period visit, thus I think Couchsurfing would be the perfect option, provided that I get a little bit of chat or discussion with the hosts. I learned my history lectures back at high schools but it feels different when you listen to a country's history/ traditions from the people themselves...
