ABOUT ME

I am a very charismatic person always willing to meet new people and make new friends. They might say I'm a little unfocused sometimes but I'm sure they're really trying to say that I'm a fun, calm spirit to be around.
I am currently starting a mentoring program for youth in Baltimore. Which will include arts, sciences, exercise, among other things!

PHILOSOPHY

Hm...to put it simply, I believe we are all equal and have knowledge and experiences that we should share with the people around us. And there is much more than the verbal language, so much can be taught among strangers just from gestures and emotion. We should all treat each other fairly and welcome travelers into our homes. It's just the way life should be, right?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted before, but only once. Would love to do it again. However, I'm not in a situation where I can, but I would love to be a new friend for anyone that finds themselves in a location around me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted with my roommates while studying abroad in Italy. It was a lot of fun showing him around Florence and the surrounding areas! Not to mention just sharing each others cultures while in a culture that we were all unfamiliar with.

I have also hosted in Baltimore, and had a wonderful experience with someone moving across the country on a whim.

Intereses

I enjoy making art, hiking, cycling, snowboarding, cooking, meditating, thinking, and playing music with my band. I am a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art and have been trying my best to live life the most fulfilling way I can. Did I mention that I love science, and learning in general?
