Overview
About Me
Artist, animator, and traditional Bulgarian folk singer from Sofia, Bulgaria.
TLDR about me:
- uses too many emojis XD (I'm working on that)
- sings in the supermarket
- likes to watch a lot of educational youtube videos
- has a resting b*tch face, but it's an accidental one, and I swear I'm a kind person inside
- simultaneously active and lazy (hike during the day, pizza and movie at night)
- simultaneously nerdy and artsy (has read most dragon fantasy book series, and likes niche European and Japanese animation)
- likes to philosophize
- de-stresses by walking around with my headphones and pretending I'm in a dramatic music video
- spirit animal is Moon Moon
- may apologize a lot or try to be a statue because I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable
- can get excessively excited about random interesting topics
- will likely try to show you the beauty of Bulgarian folk music
Philosophy: "You live out of your imagination, not your history."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best way to talk to different people and share thoughts, ideas and experiences from other cultures.
Interests
Expansion on the TLRD version, with all seriousness:
I can be very active and roam a city for days on foot, or I can relax on a couch, talking about anything and everything for hours over beer. :) I am very easygoing and usually up for anything, though I am quieter, as I don't like to be intrusive.
I enjoy the simple pleasures of life - taking a walk on the beach, being in nature, eating cheesecake, having good tea, being with people, dancing, singing. I try to avoid distractions and to stay focused on living - appreciating my life in its small wonders.
I love animals. I was a vegetarian for a long time, and now I rarely eat meat. I especially love wolves and dogs. I spent my teens drawing edgy wolf art on Deviant art back when it was cool :) and I like to think my spirit animal is a black wolf (I may not be cool enough for that IRL)
I love music, especially music I've never heard before. I play a bit of guitar and want to learn about music production. I can't part from my giant headphones for too long and my favorite way to de-stress is to walk around listening to just the right track.
I love sports and being active - hiking in random places, table tennis, swimming in wild places, and I used to be pretty good at horseback riding.
I have a childhood escapist love for fantasy and Shi-Fi and everything that allows the mind to escape into stories for a while. I played a lot of old-school strategy games, and recently also love story-driven RPGs and indie games.
I also (recently) love weird, challenging art like surrealism, good films, performance art, contemporary dance, sharp writing, and all sort of undiscovered artists doing their own thing. Now, I try to keep a balance between fantasy and reality in how I approach the world.
