Overview
About Me
I am an ER doc. Also faculty at two universities. Oh and I have an early stage startup advisory. Plus I travel.
So I don’t have work hours, I may have free hours which are generally all over the place. On those free hours, you’ll find me outdoors. I am generally a very social person; love meeting random people on a regular basis, because that's just how life is! In other news, I am easy in all aspects and I love exploring new places.
As a CSer, I am very clean and respectful of everyone’s homes. I’m also highly independent wherever I am, in that while I am always down to hang out and experience places with my host, I always figure out things to do by myself as well.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I believe that the best way to explore new places is with the locals. I have been hosting for quite some time now and I have enjoyed the vast diversity that exists. I usually work a lot so if I am unable to host or I don’t see/reply to requests, that's likely why.
I am privileged to have friends/family around the world and my experiences have always been magnified by their presence. I have surfed not too often because I frequently travel with or visit friends/family. I try to surf when I travel solo especially to new places to experience places thru the eyes of a local.
Interests
Foodie and Drinkie (is that a word?). There is hardly anything in the world I wouldn't experience at least once. Love to party with the local folk. I'm usually outdoors most of the time. Love playing soccer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Paragliding in the hills of India when I was a teenager. The amazing part was we found out a few weeks later that they were unlicensed and did not have the required safety norms for the glider. For some reason it did not bother me too much since it was an insane experience.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Different experiences living in two of the biggest and greatest cities of the world (Mumbai and New York). Can pretty much have a conversation about absolutely anything.
Additional perks: you will have an in-house doctor for life, just a text away, anytime.
Countries I’ve Visited
