Hello! Nice to meet you. I am an actuary based out of Mumbai. I won't bore you with the details of my work, but it involves a lot of modelling (not the fashion kind, but the data and numbers kind :P) and interactions with clients on the finance side. Yes, I work in consulting.

Working in this field has taken me to a few places and countries and made me realize how travel really opens up various opportunities and getaways as well.

I like hiking, and chilling on the beach as well. As a person, I am curious about pretty much everything so I tend to read about quite a variety of things from as diverse subjects as one could imagine. I tend to be quite sarcastic, but hey I am not rude or ill-meaning!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, we have a social network for pretty much any and all activities and purposes possible. I am on Couchsurfing because it provides a unique experience of getting to know people and their cultures more closely as you stay with them. It provides a direct lens into other people's lives which is something I am generally fascinated with.
