About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet new people and in the short term climb Everest

ABOUT ME

I'm a spontaneous, confident and happy person. I like to work hard and play hard and know how to have a really good time on a night out or wherever I happen to be. I'm quite sporty and enjoy cycling, running and playing football, basketball (though not many people play that in Bath).

I know some of the nicer spots in Bath but these have taken me a while to discover but I'm still finding my way :)

I am looking to exchange some cultural experiences with someone in Bath and, if needed, can also show around London aswell (I grew up there and know the backstreets pretty well).

PHILOSOPHY

"It's the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not sure how to answer this question as I am new to CS - guess I'm participating now.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled from Cairo to Cape Town overland a couple of years ago and used a number of people's couches - think I need to give back a little maybe?? Met loads of really welcoming and interesting people and woke up to man size dogs licking my face several times (these dogs were too damn big!)

Interests

I like running, cycling, football, basketball and loads of other sports. Really enjoy travelling (like most people).

Music, Movies, and Books

Love music and reading - I've just read the alchemist by Paul Coelho, which is such an amazing book puts a massive smile on your face :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have seen Victoria Falls and Iguazu Falls such an amazing experience. Top of my list though is the look on a kids face in Malawi when I gave him my MP3 player - classic, one that I will never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

Something I learnt from a book I've just finished reading - "And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it"

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Botswana, Brazil, Egypt, France, Greece, India, Italy, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom
