I enjoy meeting new people, helpful through and through, but not in your face with it. Happy to host, meet for a drink and offer any information that I can.

Interests

I love going to the theatre - musicals, plays, ballet. Eating in and out - supper with friends is always good, especially if there is a bit of wine to go with it too.
I like getting out into the countryside locally and also into Leeds or Manchester for something a little more cosmopolitan.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all sorts of music, particularly enjoy chilled music, 'chilled Ibiza', vocalists - Corrine Bailey-Rae, James Blunt that sort of easy lisening.
Watch the television, but can leave films and books behind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'll never forget walking into the square where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located. It was an amazing feeling and experience that will never leave me.
That is one of many.... I have a deep love of Italy, particularly the north (that is only as I haven't spent a great deal of time in the south to be able to comment). Maybe I will see more now I have subscribed to this site.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like language and have a good command of English, with the ability to help foreigners studying. A long time since, but I qualified to teach English to those using it as a second language.
