Hello everyone! I'm Nele, I'm currently still studying. I like to hike and travel in my free time, and I also like listening to music and watching movies a lot. When I have more time on my hands I'd like to take up an instrument (maybe accordeon?) and study Italian (now I'm just taking Duolingo courses).

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I only have limited experience with Couchsurfing. I've stayed at 3 places (once in Koblenz, once in Luxembourg and once in Vienna), but I've never hosted anyone because I'm just living in a small dorm room.
I'm kind of shy and a bit insecure so I don't always dare to ask people to stay there because I fear they will not like me.

But that being said the experiences I've had were very lovely. Everyone I've met so far was very nice and hospitable.

This summer I might want to hang out with some people during my trip to Italy, maybe I'll see you there!

I love watching a lot of movies at the movie theatre, like hanging out in my city, like to travel, love reading books. You know, the usual stuff. I'm not very special.

I love alternative rock music, like Arcade Fire, Muse, Radiohead. Lately I've been into Tom Waits a lot. I also like all time classics, soundtracks and classical music.

I like all genres of film, there are some really good ones in every genre I think! Some of my favourites include V for Vendetta, Reservoir Dogs, Trainspotting, Breakfast on Pluto...

I really like somewhat creepy books and on the other side books that explore the real troubles of life. Stephen King and Khaled Hosseini are some of my favorite authors.
