I like to grow things, cook with bacon grease, watch babies and dance. I graduated from Pomona College last May and am currently traveling around the country working as an environmental organizer running campaigns for good causes. I'm not dogmatic. I love fruit.

The best book I read last year was Some times a Great Notion. I'm currently reading Suttree. I love the Mountain Goats and pop music, both.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One time I ate monkey brain in a pineapple, by mistake. One time I swam across the Mekong. One time I biked to San Diego. One time I slept on top of Mount Baldy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help teach about permaculture design principals, backyard farming, chickens!, fermenting vegetables, sprouting beans and grains; also I can help translate German operas and Goethe's poems. Also, if you want to know what your roommate's "chinese character" tattoo really means, I may be able to help. Finally, I am good at listening.
