Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travel with my wife, but only 3 or 4 weeks a year, because I work for the man. Couch surfing fits in beautifully with the way we like to travel. However, seeing as I work for the man, I'm often home to host. We love our home. It's very small by north american standards but we like it like that.

Interests

All types of cycling - fixed, cargo, touring, vintage, racing, and bike polo. Coffee and beer. Pants tight enough to not catch on my bike chain. House renovations on our 100 year old home. Re-using things in functional ways. Local fun such as canoeing and cross country skiing. Locally sourced food and minimizing consumption. Vegetable gardening. Living without an automobile.

Music, Movies, and Books

I keep telling my self I am a person that reads books, but ever since I studied 6 nights a week for 6 months to pass my board exams I've yet to open a novel. In theory, I love reading!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
