ABOUT ME

I am a calm and easy going person who loves to have good talks with people and listen to their thoughts about life and things around us. My dearest hobby and a way to empty my brain from over thinking is to spend as much time as possible with theater. I guess that if you asked others to describe me they would say that I'm talkative and helpful and always doing something, usually cleaning the kitchen because clean kitchen is… a clean kitchen. :D People also describe me as Moominmamma, who always takes care of others. I enjoy having a glass of wine or beer and just talk but sometimes I like to go dancing, too. Not in a night club though, but in a place where any movement is accepted as dance. My dream is to travel as much as possible and track the places where my father went when he was a sailor and travelled through all the oceans and continents.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life without hurting anyone or anything and learn from mistakes I've done. And do even more mistakes so that I'd learn even more. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been couch surfing once in Bremen, Germany and hosting three times: twice in Tampere and once in Reykjavík. All those experiences were really, really nice!

I want to read more, watch more movies and discover old and new music. But one day I will write a book which will become a movie and has a great soundtrack! ;)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Maybe this isn't really that amazing for a Finn, but I can imagine that it is for someone that hasn't ever been to Finland. :) The most amazing things I've done every summer is to swim in a lake in the middle of the night or while it's raining, and then go to sauna for hours. :) I love swimming in Finnish lakes (but I'm afraid of fish that swim there too..). During my exchange year in Iceland I climbed three mountains and found out that I can be really afraid of high places. But still I climbed those mountains and even came back down!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach people to knit. And to swear in Finnish, if I make food for them. Or knit a sweater.

I want to learn to play guitar and enjoy the empty spots in my calendar.

I can share moments that become memories. Hopefully good ones, but bad memories are there to learn from.
