One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Driving ~800 meters to reach the supermarket 20 meters away in Lancaster, South Caroline due to lack of pedestrian crossing.

Buying a beer in Milano from a beer truck 2 minutes before it started burning because of hot weather and excessive heat generated by coolers of the truck. Hearing "Roof is on fire" playing from a distance at the same time.

Once I was asking directions of bus parking, hoping to find a familiar face around, to a bakery shop owner in Sienna, Italy right after getting lost when I was 11 years old. I had 15 minutes long conversation with shop owner in sign language. In the end he offered free espresso and croissant and we continued our conversation sitting outside talking about various things. When I was preparing to leave, my family and rest of the group arrived with tour guide. I introduced the tour guide and my family to the shop owner like an old friend without the feeling of being lost a while ago. Probably it was the moment I started enjoying getting out of my comfort zone and try raising the bar each time :-)
