About Me

Experiential learner, artist, natural foods lover, tea-ist, semi-nomadic homebody and contemplative. I love nature. I sing Hebrew songs/blessings/prayers, play guitar, flute, learning ukulele, buffalo skin drum, chimes, and other percussive instruments. I help people nourish their body and soul through nutritional consulting and mindful eating, as well as to simplify their physical surroundings. I have been a language teacher, art teacher, and teacher of children. I apprenticed with a Japanese brush calligrapher, and I like to do everything deeply.
