Hi everyone. My name is Nesa and I was born and raised in Toronto. My parents are from Jamaica and Nova Scotia. I currently work full time at a Health Center and am passionate about health and mental health.

I have always been interested in travelling but haven't had the opportunity to do so because of school and work. Recently I decided I'm going to make more opportunities for myself to meet new people and explore new places.
