I'm a thoroughbred hippie who believes in peace, love and everything in between, but would rather keep my feet on the ground while mingling in the real world with real people. I also believe that everything I know I learned from Star Wars, Indie Rock and Saved By The Bell.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I cannot explain how each couchsurfing experience has had a profound effect on my life, even if for a day I am grateful for the opportunity to have a small glimpse into the many different ways we all choose to live the same life. And it helps out in a pinch.

any type of boarding whether it be skate, snow or skim. No surfing yet. Friends, food, cooking, writing, playing music and other forms of art is usually how I spend my time otherwise.

sunny day real estate, jawbreaker, cursive, bright eyes, motion city soundtrack, the lawrence arms & Braid to name a few. I'll say Bjork and Radiohead, but that's just b/c I lived in Berkeley. I'm kind of a music nut. Amelie is my fav movie and I'm currently going through the anthologies of Jack Kerouac and Aldous Huxley.

I've seen the sky turned red from a nearby forest fire while river rafting in Northern california. I'm almost finished writing a novel.

Directions, movie times, translation, stocks, weather. It really goes on forever. Use it, love it, plan less...and get away with it.
