Update June 2025
I currently live in downtown Long Beach, CA. The area is very walkable with restaurants in every direction, the aquarium, the convention center and the public library all within a few blocks. The complex has a Jacuzzi and pool. I have one extra parking space. Always lots of events going on, cosplay conventions, car racing, 30 min from downtown LA 30 min from the best beaches in OC.

I travel, have couchsurfed sans app, and love meeting new people, shooting a documentary next year that will give me a lot of freedom to travel and I want to network for when the time comes.
