I'm always challenging myself to try new staff! And I love it. What I've learned is that it is the best way to find new staff to be passioned about. When I'm scared or nervous about something I make sure I'm going to do the thing.

I love being outdoors. And all things to do in the water or snow are fun. I also love beer. And spicy food.
