ABOUT ME

I left Australia in June 2007, traveled for six months in America Latina, lived in Buenos Aires for five months, and I've been living in Rio since the beginning of May. My plan is to spend some more time in Argentina, and visit Chile, and if I don't find somewhere I want to live, will head to Africa and the Middle East.

Agora falo português e quando tento falar espanhol é muito difícil porque as palavras de português vêm primeiro. Espero que quando volta para países que falam espanhol não vou o esquecer!

Y también espero que cuando llega en Argentina e viajar para Chile no va a necesitar mucho tiempo para reaprender español! Puedo leer y escribir, más o menos, pero si intento hablar en español mi portuñol tiene mucho más portu que ñol. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't yet. Met a cool Irishman in Punta del Diablo who had been couch surfing in Rio and recommended I check it out.

Interests

Traveling and languages of course! Really enjoy relaxing, preferably with sun, sand, water and a few friends involved. Love going to the gym. In Buenos Aires I went six days a week, but in Rio I opted for occasional running and indoor rock climbing, but I will find a new gym the next place I settle for a while. In the meantime I like hiking, do a bit of running, and workout occasionally at outdoor gym in Flamengo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydived for a number of years, was an instructor. Gave it up because traveling is a better way to blow cash.
