ABOUT ME

I love new adventures and meeting new people. I have an exceptionally great group of friends. Most of my friends do something creative and we all have a pretty raunchy sense of humor. We love to laugh, drink and bust chops. Life is good. I love Italy and I'm in the process of trying to obtain my dual citizenship. I'd love to split my time between Italy and the US (while squeezing in some other traveling somehow.)

PHILOSOPHY

I have a passion for learning. I want to experience everything I can. I find other cultures very interesting and I want to spend time every year travelling abroad for at least a short time.

I've met people for drinks/dinner in my travels. Every experience has been positive. My new home is situated closer to Boston and public transportation.I'm looking forward to doing some hosting.

Books: I read a lot about food and travel. I also read everything by Andrew Vachss.

Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies but I prefer quirky comedies and interesting documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had a lot of amazing experiences in my life. The most recent was traveling alone to Lauropoli in southern Italy, where my great great grandfather lived before he came to The USA in 1905. While in Lauropoli, I met many wonderful and kind people, including many many family members that I never even knew existed. This trip was life changing. I don't go a day without thinking about Lauropoli and the people that took me in and treated me like one of their own. I'm incredibly grateful for this experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm learning Italian and would LOVE to meet with native speakers for conversation exchange. I'm a bit of a foodie and love to learn about other points of view on food, wine, beer etc. It would also be fun to cook a meal with other CSers. I'd also enjoy sharing what I know of Boston (New England) with others that are interested.
