*Before sending request. Read me carefully and don't send me request if its not answering all my questions*

Hi travelers,
At the moment, I might only take emergency request, and sufers who are willing to lend me a hand to help around the house or if I feel that I have to meet you from your profile and your request.
I live in a old district with new booming hipster's area, the building itself is like 70～80years old, and I've been renovating the flat for over a year, and wishing to turn it into a home studio from a water damaged home that I've been living here over 15 years with my family.
About a year and half ago, my folks moved back to where I growed up in beautiful mountain range with wild hot spring in the edge of New Taipei city, so now im living alone with a dog which is the love of my life at the moment.
Please do not try to send me any request if you are not a dog person and it's hard for you to respect the dog sleeps on the bed or he also take his number1 and 2 in the toilet as we do.
I work at home, and there's so much work around the flat, lots organizations and some DIY works needed to be done, so it's very important that I need people who wants to stay here to offer a bit of their time to help things around getting better,
It would be the best If you can offer some time to help with the DIY works, or at the least, to help with cleaning around before you leave.
The least, try to be sensitive that I don't want to have more work on my plate, I expect you to take full responsibility of yourself during your stay, which means, you will need to take care your own trash and do not leave any food waste and trash behide you, I seriously not happy with cleaning up after anybody.

I'd love to help people, but I can't afford freeloaders at the moment, so i do have space for hosting people, and I can totally understand people wants save money for doing more stuff, I get it, but just be fair, Quid pro quo :) gives and takes in a pleasant balance,

You need to understand that someone is still trying to help even under their poor circumstances.

Within a great location here, a night market is just 5 mins walking away. Quiet and nice neighborhood, 2 gyms nearby for per paid entry with swimmingpool and sauna, only a few minutes walk to Mrt, 10 mins walk to Taipei Main Station and Main Bus Station.

you might be able to come stay with us, if you can help me back with respect and following house rules below:

1. Take care of your own trash, please, and take the trash out every time you leave the flat, leave no trash and left over food waste behide you.

2. There's no any disposable papers, such as Toilet paper and Tissue, you need to prepare your own papers if you can't just wash yourself with water, and Taiwanese Toilet doesn't take Toilet paper, it clog.

3. There won't be keys provided.

4. Home cooking is not possible, I am often in special diet as Vegan or Fruitarian, so don't cook for me unless you have any vegan gluten-free baking recipes to share.

5. The gas situation so there wont be any hot shower, you can take hot shower in the nearby gym if you need one, the gym is ntd Ntd. 50～120 only.
The water gets warm by solar in sunny days noon, so that's the chance you can have warm water in this apartment.

6. I prefer to take vegetarian and vegan. Otherwise, just don't take meat to the flat.

7. Alcohol is not allowed, please don't drink alcohol here, I don't like it.

8. longer-term staying is negotiable if we get along, with sharing fees of utilities.

It's very important to tell me your story about your trip /plan / circumstances in your request, be straightforward about your visiting, your plan if you have, and why you want to come to stay with us, just trying your luck or just for the good location, help me to picture who you are and about your trip/plan :)

With an unclear and lack of information request, it could be considered as disrespectful for me. I spent time to put things as clear as possible here, I do expect at least you read it and spend time to write back,

And the most important, tell me what help you can offer around, do you have extra time to help with DIY works ? Or just help with general cleaninging and such? At least you can promise to be responsible of yourself with the house rules.

Try to keep in mind, you are asking people to open their home for you without meeting you and knowing you in person, it's a courtesy gesture if you can make yourself clear enough for people to be happy and not being worried to have you in their home.

I will not reply to the request without reading my profile carefully nor introducing and explaining themselves, duo to some people taking couchsurfing host as granted and raising the risk of bringing bad energy and experience, I have to ignore the requests clearly showing red flags.
