About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be different, to stand out :)

ABOUT ME

-Enjoy yourself. There are all the good days that you will meet in the years ahead-

I'm not a perfect girl. My hair does not stay in place and i spill things a lot. I'm pretty dull and sometimes i have a broken heart. My friends and i sometimes fight. And someday just nothing goes right. I am hard-working but also a huge fan for party. I am friendly but sometimes easily get so furious. I like everything to be calm but some days i even cannot control myself. But when i think about it and take step back, i remember how amazing life truly is. And maybe. I love being unperfect. And maybe. I love sharing that unperfect side of me to you and would love to hear back. And maybe. an unperfect girl can be your good friend for a long time. :)

PHILOSOPHY

i have read a lot of great quotes on the internet but unfortunately i could not recall any of them right now at the moment :D Well so i guess my personal philosophy is simply living for the moment of your life. I mean, i have been through the times to be a topic of the class's gossip and honestly, i am still thinking a lot about what people think about me. I am trying so hard now to change that. Life is short, and i want to do what i like and to be myself for the present moment. I also love to think about future, draw up in my head what i could become. But i have figured out that every time i plan something, reality will be different and that how life is. So, again it goes back to the fact that live for today, live for this moment and i would rather regret for things i did than for the things i did not do. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

-People cross your life not by accident. They cross your path for some reasons.-

I am extrovert and i am proud of being an extrovert person. I like to party, to have fun, to keep good memories, to explore, to experience, to travel, to talk, to share, to laugh and even to cry. I love meeting people and making friends around the world. And with all those things, I always try the best i can to participate in anything.
My friend introduced this website for me when i had been in Jyvaskyla (Finland) for 4 months and i find it really fascinating to meet new people through it :)
I have not been that active here, unfortunately. I did not have chances to travel that much in the last two years being in Finland. I came to England and spent half a year there and when i came back to Finland, i was just busy finding ways back to my old life. Money is also one big reason for not being to travel :) But now summer is coming and i think it is a great chance for me to start updating this again :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

there was one time i went to Helsinki and i got a chance to stay at the apartment of Dima, a Russian guy who has lived in Finland for a long time. I love that experience and I really like him. He was really nice and that was my first time hanging out with people from Couchsurfing. :)

Interests

it is the culture and the idea of traveling to many places. I am fascinated by the ability to communicate and to adapt to the new culture of people, fascinated by the beautiful views around the world. Life is short for waiting for a perfect moment. I am having the greatest time of life - youth, so why not making my own perfect moment? :)

i usually spend my time listening to music and reading novels or books. The music is my highest inspiration, feel like i cannot live without music :) I like partying, really do :D like hanging out with friends as well, but i guess we all share that mutual interest :D

Music, Movies, and Books

-People go to watch movies to hope for something fantasy and get out of their real lives. I am a big fan of series. I have watched a lot of different series such as Orange is the new black, once upon a time, suit, how i met your mother (how could i not love this one, though i am still pretty angry with the ending by the way), etc. So if you are also a fan of watching those types, than we have something to start the conversation ;)
- I like books of Marc Levy, i have read two books of him. I really really enjoy reading books, i love the moment when you let the book carry you away with your own imagination.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first thing i am proud to tell was to be able to study and live in Finland. Finland is really great. It is extremely cold in the winter but people learn to live to with that and i also learn to love winter after 2 years living there. It is hard sometimes but without winter i would never know to love summer. I saw the fascinating nature views in Finland. When i took the pictures and posted on fb for my friends back in my home country, some of them did not even believe the views were real. It is that beautiful :) so i really do recommend you to visit Finland. You may find it boring but just let that thought be left aside, then i think you will enjoy the true beauty of it :)
Oh and then the time i was in England. I was doing my internship for 6 months in London and that time was the most amazing time in my life. There were just so much different type of feeling being mixed during that time. I learned to grow up, i learned to be more like an adult, to be responsible for my life. I met new friends from different countries and got lucky to find some besties from Netherlands. London is such a beautiful country and i fell in love with their city lights at nights. It is chaotic, indeed, but the people there are not as cold as the rumour said. Even though the busy lifestyle almost took everything away, you still could see a piece of peace somewhere in London, or at least with me, i found it when i stood alone on the St Paul bridge to look upon the River Thames. I was a different person when i lived in Finland (to remind for some of you who missed this part, i come from Vietnam anyway :D) and i know i was another different person when i was in London.

Teach, Learn, Share

I enjoy meeting extrovert people, the same as i am :) I like learning from confident people. I am sometimes lack of confidence and i really like looking at people who are not ashamed of losing faces and just enjoying every minute of their lives. I want to learn from people who are not afraid of people's judgment as long as they can be who they really are.
