Hello, I am Nhi, a Vietnamese individual with a passion for education, technology, innovation, and community work. I am also an avid traveler, always looking for new places to explore and new friends to meet.

I am fluent in English and Mandarin, and I have a love for music, particularly Chinese pop music, with Jay Chou being one of my favorites. I am also a fan of healthy and sustainable living, which is why I enjoy trying out vegan food, even though I am not a strict vegan. I value deep conversations and reflection, and I believe in living life to the fullest, following the motto "you only live once."

In addition to my interests and goals, I have a love for running and have started participating in marathons. I've also recently taken up cycling, and I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to stay active and healthy.

My travel goal is to become a solo traveler, starting with Southeast Asia and China, where I am excited to immerse myself in different cultures and gain new perspectives. I believe that traveling solo allows me to grow as an individual and deepen my understanding of the world around me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I believe that connecting with like-minded individuals and experiencing local cultures is an essential aspect of travel. Through Couchsurfing, I hope to make friends with similar interests, and to find friendly hosts who will allow me to stay with them and truly immerse myself in their culture. Additionally, Couchsurfing provides an opportunity to save on accommodation expenses while I travel, which is always a plus.

As a Vietnamese, I also want to share my home and culture with travelers from other countries. I am particularly excited to welcome friends to southern Vietnam, where I am from, and to introduce them to the unique beauty and hospitality of the region.
