Hi there! I’m Nhung — a cheerful, curious soul from Vietnam 🇻🇳

I love meeting new people, exchanging cultures, and learning about different ways of life.

I’m currently in Europe as an Erasmus student, and I’m truly excited to explore different countries, discover new places, and also learn more about myself through this journey 🌍✨

Before starting my studies, I worked at a University in Vietnam, where I coordinated international exchange programs and supported students from all over the world (Belgium, Australia, Singapore, and more.) Those experiences gave me meaningful friendships, unforgettable memories, and a deep love for intercultural connection.

I’ve also been lucky to join several fellowships and international activities, which helped me grow a lot (both personally and professionally). Now in Europe, I’m hoping to continue learning from new environments, new people, and new stories.

I’m happy to meet fellow Couchsurfers to learn from your experiences, and I’m also very happy to share mine from cultural exchange stories to student mobility adventures 🌿

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing feels like such a meaningful way to connect with people, share stories, and create real cultural exchange beyond tourism.

Since I’m studying in Europe now, I really want to explore the EU, discover new regions, and learn from locals and fellow travelers. I believe every place and every person has something unique to teach and I’d love to grow through these connections.

Through Couchsurfing, I hope to meet inspiring people, learn from their life experiences, and share a little bit of my own journey too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled across the U.S. in 1 month: Texas & Houston, Connecticut, Boston, Washington D.C., and New York City — 6 destinations, countless stories.

Carried 50kg of luggage and traveled ~10,000 km from Vietnam to Austria for my first time living and studying far from home.
