Music, Movies, and Books

Music: is very important to me and I'm convinced people who don't enjoy its virtues are missing positive influences. Bands/singers I'll always like are Aerosmith, Dire Straits, The Doors, Eels, Queen + French artist Serge Gainsbourg and German metal band Rammstein...
Movie directors: Coen, Eastwood, Kounen, Rodriguez, Smith, Tarantino...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Crazy stories always take place 'last summer' (cue spooky music)... Kidding! It was a long trip but no violence happened.
I drove alone to visit Hamburg a few days, then places in Denmark, Oslo (via Sweden), Stockholm, Finland via the pretty coastal roads (no ferries, thanks but one very short automobile night's sleep), Tallinn (via ferry from Helsinki, to avoid Russia) and Riga was the last Baltic stop before ending this voyage at my brother's in Germany, via Lithuania and Poland (where I slept in the car for the last time).
The figures include 9 cities/villages discovered (on foot), 16 hotel nights, about 6 Mm driven + a couple of parking tickets for a total of 19 days.
