Currently a teacher in China and recently an art school graduate.

Like many of you I'm drawn to new experiences and quite open to trying out as many things as possible. Travelling, travelling and travelling.

I love people. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories, who they are and how they've become the way that they are. That sense of connection beats any form of entertainment. I love conversations and exchanging ideas.

My biggest interest, always, is to develop and grow, and essentially figure out how to be a better human being in a very practical, day to day basis. I'm also interested in helping others achieve the same thing. Therefore I am interested in all that ways that we can achieve emotional well-being, be it through regular or alternative therapy and meditative/body-based practises.

I like philosophy, psychology, secular spirituality and above all any material which investigates the human experience. That pretty much occupies 75% of my mental activities. Oh and I like to write, I'm sure you managed to guess though from the size of this wall of text 😂

I also love a good dance and some old school R&B! I tend to be quite physical and I enjoy most out-door activities. If I don't know how to do it I am usually keen to learn. I really like bike rides plus I have a small foldable bike that I am in love with.

PHILOSOPHY

There is such a diverse range of ideas and conceptions of truths out there that it makes my head spin around. To combat this I've decided to remain open so my philosophy is constantly developing. At this time I find myself drawn to Eastern philosophy and Western adaptions of it. Practically that means continually striving to become more open, honest and authentic. And of-course to help as many people possible, to treat them well and help make their lives a little nicer.
