hi! I am brand new to Couchsurfing because I JUST took my first international trip to Vietnam, which was AMAZING! This summer (2017) I'll be traveling for 2 whole months all over the world which I can't believe is even happening. It's an actual dream.

Hmmmmm, a little bit about me! Currently living in the musical city of Austin, Texas and studying a (portion) of my life away to be a paramedic. It's an absolute blast with rarely any dull moments while also allowing me to help people. I love it. When I'm not studying I'm out and about in nature with my Australian pup. We go hiking, swimming, kayaking, all of the adventurous things! Also... Friday vibes can hit me pretty hard sometimes. I love to go out dancing with friends and laughing about silly things. On the flip side, I also enjoy a great movie night in and relaxing on the couch or painting/drawing. Balance in life is important and I try to make that a point day by day. I'm all about meeting new people and sharing real experiences that will become a part of my most favorite memories.

Music: i love all music from EDM, to big band, Elton John and Billie Holiday are among my favorites... I have all sorts of music on my phone and love to share musical interests. all genres except for country (which is Ironic as I am from Texas haha); too many artists to list!! Let's just share :)

Movies: Interstellar, Spirited Away, Hunger Games, Divergent, La La Land

Books: i enjoy reading books that can advance my mind; i love philosophy and self-growth reads; Sum is a fantastic book on the afterlife

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode a bicycle from Austin, Texas to Anchorage, Alaska in 70 days to raise awareness for cancer research in U.S.! Amazing experience i would love to share

Teach, Learn, Share

i can teach english in simple ways! I've been a tutor for the past year for younger children who need things explained simply

I can teach medicine, in particular emergency situations (always good to know for life's moments)
