I'm an artist and so I love creating and playful activities. I try to face my fears and jump into life. I feel that each day is a gift and embrace whatever life has in store. I can't control anything but myself and try to enjoy the little things...a snuggle from a friend's pet, a smile from a stranger, the beauty of a sunset or forest.

When I saw the cityscape of San Francisco for the first time at Sunset, the colors are amazing!
The humanity of all the people on my visit to the Dominican Republic. I traveled from the border of Haiti in Dajabon to La Romana and regardless of class, gender, or age I was treated with such an amazing humanity. Feeling at home away from home, it was one of the main reasons I decided to become fluent in Spanish. That trip truly changed my life.
