Hi everyone. I'm from New Zealand and keen to travel outside my little corner of the world. Sure there's lots of great and interesting people out there.

I can say a lot of things about myself, but to get an unbiased view read my references

I have been on couchsurfing for for some time now as a host and as you can see from my references I have hosted a lot of people from many backgrounds and places, all of them amazing and wonderful people. If you are on couchsurfing for the right reasons I will welcome a request to stay with me after reading my whole profile and the section on my home

I am keen to meet new people from different places around the world. I hope to do more travelling, visit more places and meet more people and happy to help other people do the same.

I have hosted plenty of international travellers from many countries and met so many amazing people here (see my pictures). I love the couchsurfing community and believe that the world would be a much better place if the spirit behind couchsurfing prevailed across society.

Living alone can be lonely at times so i do like the company and friendship that guests provide me. The one request i do make of guests is if they are able to treat me the way i treated them when i visit their countries in future

I like reading lots of non fiction books, especially about history, politics and economics. I have an encyclopedic knowledge of geography knowing great detail about all the countries of the world. I like historical dramas for movies. I also love chess and strategic board games. I have and like to play Settlers of Catan (and have done with some of my guests).
