About Me

I've had a chaotic, but ultimately amazing life so far. I've worked for the government, non-profits, and tech start ups. I love to travel, but I am admittedly terrible at planning and usually just wing it as I go. As I enter my 29th year of like I made a couple of resolutions to myself. I want to stop self limiting, and go after things I want or believe in. I want to go to burning man, and live freely on the playa for a week. I want to get better at planning trips so I can make the most of my time. And as my country is turning inward I instead want to turn outward and meet as many amazing people from around this world as I can, and hopefully along the way I make some progress on the climate crisis.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

How else can we begin to understand and heal the world if we aren't actively seeking out new people and places and actually interacting with them rather than just staying in a hotel? As an extrovert I LOVE meeting new people and learning all about them, seeing what they like in their town, how they live, and probably learning some cool new things about myself along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: All the Star Treks, Star Wars, Musicals,

Music: It would take to long to list all the music I like, so instead I'll list the genres I've most recently fallen in love with. Indie-folk, some country, and 80s power ballads.

Books: Heart of Darkness, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Repair, Cry the Beloved Country, Slaughter House 5

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing in the ruins of Mycenae Greece, looking over what was once a great empire, really took me back to the myths my father told me as bedtime stories as a kid.

Every time I go a new place on my motorcycle I feel like I'm on an adventure and there's no where else in the world I'd rather be then right there right then.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A lot of stories from my time in Silicon Valley. A good sense of humor. A love of dancing! An unapologetically real conversation about almost anything, I love to talk about the big things in life.

Countries I’ve Visited
